I’m not getting your emails.

This can happen a lot. Here are some ways to solve this.

  1. Check your spam folder. If its there, move it to your primary inbox
  2. Add our email to your contact list
  3. Reply to our email and your mail provider will likely tag us as a safer sender

I need to change my email address

No problem! If you’re changing a premium Insider membership subscription this does take a little more time.
